To maximise benefit to customers Auric Accident Management is operated in conjunction with one of the UK's foremost accident management providers.
This 'one telephone call' service includes:
- Freephone telephone number, operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- Removal of the damaged vehicle to an approved repairer
- Assistance to continue journey where required
- Repair by approved workshop operating to ISO9002 standards
- Administration processing, including dealing with and progress chasing repairers and processing insurance documentation
- Pursuance of claims from third party (where appropriate) including recovery of any uninsured loss such as insurance excess and personal effects
- Active management of repair procedure to minimise downtime
Risk Management
Auric is also able to undertake risk management analysis of customers' fleets to identify areas which have an above average incident rate
and can, therefore, benefit from remedial action.
Driver Training
Auric is able to advise on Driver Training requirements (independent of or as part of Risk Management analysis) and formulate programmes with its preferred driver training provider.
